Booking with Storm is really easy, here are just a few ways you can secure the best entertainment in town for yor event.

By Telephone

One of our team members will take you through the booking process and start the ball rolling on your event.

By eMail

Drop us an email to info@stormdiscos.co.uk and you can start the booking process without leaving your desk. Just let us know:

  • The date.
  • Start and End times.
  • The venue and address.
  • Number of guests attending (this can be an estimate).
  • The type of event.

The Process

Once you are happy with our quotation, we will send you out a booking form via email or traditional mail (you decide). Please check the details on this form and pop it back in the post to us along with the required deposit (this is normally £50.00, the required amount will be clearly visible on your booking form). Once we receive the form back, we will block confirm the receipt to you and the date is then all booked for you.

Alternatively, we can take your booking over the phone and pay your deposit with a credit or debit card. We will take all of your details, payment and post you out your booking form along with your receipt.

Pricing

Discos

Prices start from £180.00** per event based on our standard playing set. This includes everything, the sound the lights, the smoke and effects and most importantly the DJ.

Karaoke

Our karaoke prices also start from £180.00** per set, all inclusive. We provide the microphones, the music, the songbooks and the slips. You need only supply the guests.

Disco and Karaoke Package

lf you want a DJ but think your guests will also want a good old singsong, we can supply you a Disco and Karaoke Starting from only £260.00** per set. That's a massive £100.00 saving on the price of booking them separately.

We also have exceedingly attractive rates for venues that book with us directly. Each venue is priced individually and we are always happy to give excellent rates for repeat business and approved supplier status. We feel safe in saying, we will save you money!

Important Information

Per Set?

Our pricing as detailed above sets out our fee's for a standard set. A standard set is a playing time of up to five hours. This can be 19:00 to 00:00 or even 20:00 to 01:00. We do not charge extra for starting and finishing early or late, nor do we charge for the time it takes us to set up. We will have the music pumping for five solid hours. This excludes periods for food service, such as a buffet, this is part of the set. Any additional time is chargeable at a rate of £45.00 per hour or uncompleted part thereof. Prior to the event, this can be arranged with us, on the night itself, please talk to the DJ, and of course the venue for permission. The decision to continue to play is down to the DJ on the night.

Distance

At STORM, we do not charge either mileage or traveling time, so long as the venue is no further than 35 miles from our base in Rugby. We will play anywhere in the UK or Europe, but please be aware that we reserve the right to charge for traveling expenses if we feel the distance is outside our midlands home area. No charges will be applied without notification and all charges for travel will be clearly marked on the booking form.

* All standard effects are inclusive of the price. Pyrotechnic effects are none inclusive and chargeable.

** Prices are based on bookings taken for lowest priced nights. i.e. Sunday - Wednesday.
